The brief - Robust and reliable solutions for efficient venue management

The Conlon Group has invested heavily in The Whitefort to completely redesign the venue’s interior and elevate customer experience. On the ground floor, the venue now has an extensive island bar offering various cocktails and restaurant booth seating, as well as a stage area for live entertainment. The upstairs venue space is a contemporary sports bar with 11 pool tables, three interactive dart boards and a media wall for broadcasting live sport events.

At a venue of this scale it is crucial to streamline service and have access to live reporting on all aspects of the business. The Whitefort owners wanted a balance between having powerful tills behind the bars alongside the opportunity for customers to place their own orders on either kiosks or their own devices, so staff could be freed up from the order taking process during busy periods. The venue currently operates 5 days a week, Wednesday to Sunday, but plans to start operating 7 days a week in the near future. DH Business Services carefully listened to the needs of The Whitefort and suggested a range of intuitive solutions to exceed expectations.
