Victoria Park Guernsey implements ICRTouch ecosystem

Victoria Park is a state of art sport and event venue located in Guernsey. The establishment opened its doors earlier in 2025, becoming the first permanent home for the Guernsey FA and the new home ground of Guernsey FC.

The venue can host up to 3,000 visitors and alongside top of the range facilities for players and referees, the venue is also equipped with a multi purpose clubhouse and their own contemporary restaurant and sports bar.

In order to maintain streamlined operations during the stadium’s busiest times, they reached out to local Authorised Partner, Epos.gg to implement a range of intuitive systems.

The brief - The importance of detailed insight and reliable systems

Victoria Park is Guernsey’s first stadium type venue, marking a significant milestone in Guernsey’s football history. As a result, it was expected that the stadium would experience a high footfall of visitors, so it was crucial to implement robust and reliable systems across the venue to keep up with the high paced environment.

It was also important to gain a complete bird’s eye view of all ins and outs, considering the size of the venue, such as ticket sales, stock, staff, and everything in between. The venue was particularly interested in seeing on the day, and overall ticket sales in order to help with crowd control and ensure they don’t exceed allocated capacity.

At the same time, Victoria Park required a solution, which reduces queues, streamlines entry into the venue and diversifies revenue streams. In order to achieve this they reached out to a local Authorised ICRTouch Partner, Epos.gg, who listened carefully to the customer’s needs.

The solution - Robust and reliable systems to manage high footfall

In order to effectively manage all operations, the following solutions were implemented:

  • 10 x TouchPoint terminals

  • TouchOffice Web+ back-office management

  • ByTable app

  • Ticketing

  • Epos.gg installed the solutions within a quick timeframe to ensure everything was ready for the first match at the venue. Having a local Authorised Partner complete installation also provides Victoria Park with an opportunity to seek in person support if required.

The result - Streamlined operations and enhanced efficiency

The installed systems provide Victoria Park with a range of tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The robust TouchPoint tills have significantly reduced queues and streamlined service across the venue, whether that’s at the point of entry by the turnstiles, or within the hospitality and bar areas.

The solutions seamlessly integrate with Ticketing, allowing customers to purchase tickets via TouchPoint as well as online, diversifying revenue streams and also boosting ticket sales.

In terms of the behind the scenes, TouchOffice Web provides the Victoria Park management team with insight into all their operations thanks to the 200+ built in reports, making it effortless to make informed decisions.

The combination of installed solutions provide Victoria Park with a robust and reliable EPoS ecosystem, allowing them to seamlessly manage all their operations.
