Robin Hill is a popular tourist destination and attraction park located in the heart of the Isle of Wight. Across its 88 acres, the park offers a natural woodland, countryside gardens, a variety of food and beverage outlets and entertainment suitable for visitors of all ages.

The brief - Seamlessly managing high footfall periods

The park had a change of ownership in 2024, with Lee Priddle coming on board as CEO and taking matters into his own hands. Since then, Robin Hill invested significant resources into introducing new attractions & rides, streamlining operations where possible and replacing outdated systems. 

The park experiences a significant amount of footfall, particularly during school breaks and summer holidays, and hosts a variety of events. Robin Hill required an all-in-one EPoS solution that would help streamline operations across every area of the park and provide a bird’s eye view of all ins and outs with cloud-based reporting.
