The management team at Ruda Holiday Park wanted to facilitate the management of the park, reduce labour costs and improve efficiency across their business. The brief - the importance of reliable systems

Ruda Holiday Park offers a mixture of retail and F&B outlets for its visitors, which can be a challenging task to manage successfully without the right systems in place.

With seven hospitality and three retail outlets, as well as a range of activities available for visitors, Ruda Holiday Park required a solution that gives them a complete bird’s eye view of the park’s operations and makes it possible to consistently deliver positive customer experiences.

The systems had to be intuitive and robust to keep up with high footfall periods and therefore, the Ruda Holiday Park team reached out to Electrotec for a solution.

In order to meet the customer’s needs, the following solutions were implemented:

  • The solutions were implemented across the park’s bar and restaurant, American diner, fish and chips shop, pizza restaurant, ice cream parlour, fried chicken shop, entertainment bar, merchandise shop, surf shops, craft swimming pool and reception.

    The Electrotec team installed the systems in a timely manner, and provided excellent support throughout the process.
