Delicious Dining needed a solution for a new build Tapas restaurant which would be opening in the heart of Southampton’s Cultural Quarter. The venue is split over two floors and needed to cater for both table service and drinks purchased at the bar.

The hotel needed an EPoS solution that would cope with all the needs of the newly refurbished luxury hotel and a fine dining restaurant.

Casa Brasil needed an EPoS solution that was not only easy and intuitive for their staff to use but offered all the features needed to operate an All You Can Eat Rodizio.

LBS provided two complete EPoS systems to service customer orders, complete with thermal printers, customer displays and two large screens for customers to see their order status.

After witnessing how the system was used during matchday, the commercial director immediately called in County EPOS based on recommendations from other premiership hospitality venues. The call came in on Tuesday 15th December requesting if they could get a new system installed by next match day kick-off on the 20th December
