The brief - Robust and scalable solutions

Having outgrown their initial EPoS system, Stout & Stone were seeking a centralised system for all of their venues. The solutions needed to be flexible with a quick turn around, easy onsite installation and short term rental options on hardware.

These solutions had to come from a local EPoS provider with a stellar reputation for customer service that can offer comprehensive training programmes upon request. Furthermore, due to the location of some of their sites, broadband was not an option, so they also needed a provider that could offer a 5G connectivity solution.

In order to find the perfect solutions for the company, the Langley Compass Group team invited Stout & Stone to their head office to devise a plan and demonstrate a range of relevant ICRTouch EPoS systems for their needs.

    Stout & Stone Inns have experienced substantial cost saving compared to their stand-alone EPoS system, as short term rentals have decreased long term costs, leading to a more robust and flexible solution for short-term relief venues. Individual venue teams have also received remote training sessions and benefit from having one support team to contact including vital out-of-hours emergency support.
