This is fantastic for their many regular takeaway customers, it fully integrates with the Restaurant so the chefs know what is going on. All orders can now come directly through to Kebabeesh rather than using third party takeaway apps that apply high charges. During the COVID-19 lockdown, Yorkshire Payments have assisted with their online service to adapt to the government guidelines.

What effect has the pandemic had on your business?

โ€œCovid-19 has effected all of the dining-in aspect of our business. The restaurant can only now operate as a takeout and delivery service. This has had a huge effect on the business and staff.โ€

How did Yorkshire Payments assist you during this time?

“Yorkshire Payments have been observing all guidelines to keep our team and our clients safe during the Coronavirus pandemic. Full PPE is worn during installations and customer visits. This includes face masks, gloves and social distancing. Yorkshire Payments have enabled Kebabeesh to make changes to their business and payment systems to allow them to adapt to the current situation.

By working with Yorkshire Payments our online ordering service TouchTakeaway could not have come at a better time as we have had to adapt by offering a much better bespoke online system for our customers to order.

Yorkshire payments have been on the phone more or less any time of the day to assist with any little tweaks and issues we have had with our new online system. And on top of that any advice or ideas we have they have taken on board and tried to implement them in the best possible way.โ€

"Yorkshire payments, have helped us endlessly with the introduction of bespoke online ordering and epos system for the takeout and delivery side of Kebabeesh. This has helped us move away from using other online services that charge a commission-based service and in our case donโ€™t actually bring new customers they convert our old customers to their service."
