The brief - the importance of streamlining restaurant and bar operations

With an ever-busy restaurant, a variety of events, and both locals and visitors filling the venue, Y Griffin required a modern EPoS solution that could speed up service, streamline order processing, connect the front-of-house team with the kitchen seamlessly, provide accurate stock management alongside comprehensive reporting and also offer modern ordering options, including self-ordering via QR codes and kiosks to enhance customer experience.

    The introduction of the ICRTouch ecosystem has streamlined the ordering process, as orders flow directly into TouchKitchen, reducing wait times and eliminating errors in the process. Customers also have the flexibility to place orders at the bar, from their tables via QR codes or even via SelfService kiosks.

    Thanks to TouchOffice Web, the management team has complete oversight of all ins and outs allowing them to make informed decisions. The solutions also improved overall guest experience, by allowing the Y Griffin team to deliver faster, smoother service with a greater care of customer service, thanks to having all the tools they need to work efficiently.
