Celebrating 10 years of TouchOffice Web

We’re recognising a significant milestone in ICRTouch history this month as one of our core products, TouchOffice Web, officially celebrates its 10th birthday!

Originally launched in January 2014, TouchOffice Web quickly became one of our flagship products, having seen significant development over the years, we’re extremely proud to see how far the solution has been updated.

TouchOffice Web reporting

Over the course of the past decade, TouchOffice Web has reached thousands of business owners worldwide wanting to improve their reporting and data management. In 2023 alone, end users ran reports 1,250,000 times across 35,000 connected terminals – our customers can’t get enough of the intelligent, invaluable data that our reports provide.

Now shaped into a market-leading management system, TouchOffice Web is so much more than just an effective tool for sales analysis. In the last couple of years alone, we’ve added significant new functionality including a comprehensive digital Ticketing solution complete with bespoke seating plan creator; cash management; interactive maps perfect for attractions and venues; bulk vouchers; and new discount structures

Over the years, we’ve also worked closely with third parties to provide our end-users with intuitive integrations that streamline their business operations. From effortless integration with HMRC-recognised accounting partners such as Quickbooks, Xero and Sage, to QSR solutions like Deliveroo, Just Eat, staff management from S4labour and, of course, a series of payment providers including Dojo, Barclaycard, Elavon, Paymentsense and more.

With almost endless possibilities within TouchOffice Web’s report customisation, the team are able to meet the bespoke needs of each and every customer. In the past 18 months, we’ve created an extra 600 specific reports for our customers, meaning there are now over 2,100 reports in existence within TouchOffice Web.

From the launch back in 2014, to this day, TouchOffice Web has come a very long way in improving the efficiency of everyday business management and we’re excited to continue the daily development that takes place to ensure the solution can maintain its position as a market leader.

Happy Birthday TouchOffice Web!

A deferred date has been set for the implementation of the new Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act. On 1st October 2024 it is proposed that this Act will make it unlawful for employers to withhold gratuities from their workers and ensure that tips are allocated fairly amongst all staff, including those on zero-hour contracts. Here’s what the new legislation means for the hospitality industry and how it will impact operations.
With hundreds of products and thousands of transactions each day, it can be challenging to identify trends and thoroughly analyse data on how your hospitality business is performing. Without this knowledge, it’s difficult to make intelligent business decisions, which is why a robust management system like TouchOffice Web is a vital asset. It provides a bird’s eye view of operations to ensure you’re managing resources as efficiently as possible heading into the busy summer season.
