The brief - The significance of a fully integrated ecosystem

Kokoro needed a suite of solutions to ensure swift order prep and streamlined operations. The implementation of integrated payment terminals was something the branch was particularly keen on, so they can provide faster and more seamless service. Combined with back-office reporting via TouchOffice Web, the implementation would lead to more accurate reports and more significant insight into operations.

Customer self-ordering was also essential, in order to free up staff from the order taking process behind the till and diversify revenue streams at the same time. The solutions had to be robust and reliable, with the ability to effortlessly handle incoming orders from a range of integrated channels. Kokoro has unique branding, which was important to portray across a range of solutions and the branch’s digital signage, therefore customisation and flexibility was also required.

Introducing ICRTouch solutions meant that all of Kokoro’s needs can be met from a single EPoS provider and therefore the Wolverhampton branch reached out to the Smart EPOS team, for a range of handy solutions.

The solution - Implementing robust and reliable systems

In order to meet Kokoro’s needs, the following solutions were implemented:

  • 2 x TouchPoint terminals

  • TouchOffice Web back office management

  • 3 x SelfService kiosks

  • 3 x TouchMenu digital displays

  • TouchTakeaway online ordering platform

  • Dojo card reader integration

  • All ordering channels feed live data into the TouchOffice Web, giving Kokoro useful insight into their operations. The seamless integration of the solutions makes it effortless for the team to complete orders quickly and efficiently, allowing them to focus on providing great customer service.

The benefit - Increased order totals and streamlined customer journey

Thanks to ICRTouch solutions, customers can place orders via the TouchPoint till, TouchTakeaway app, or even via various SelfService kiosks within the restaurant. The range of ordering solutions diversify revenue streams whilst also catering to a variety of ordering preferences. Integration with Dojo card readers speeds up the order and payment process whilst also resulting in more accurate reporting.

Thanks to the TouchMenu displays, the Wolverhampton branch can entice customers with aesthetically pleasing digital signage and portray their bespoke branding with ease. Kokoro now benefits from a whole ecosystem of seamlessly integrating solutions from a single EPoS provider, that not only drive increased revenue but also improve customer experience too.
