Mckeever Hotels implement ICRTouch ecosystem during expansion

McKeever Hotels is a family-owned business chain with seven properties across Northern Ireland and Ireland. The hotel chain has been operating seamlessly with ICRTouch for a while and the business decided to continue implementing the ecosystem in their newest location during a recent expansion.

Therefore, McKeever Hotels reached out a local Authorised Partner, Ace Computer Solutions, to meet their EPoS needs.

McKeever Hotels was already equipped with elements of the ICRTouch ecosystem, effectively utilising the solutions to streamline operations in their bars, restaurants, function rooms and leisure facilities across the all hotel properties, all whilst having insight into data across the estate with TouchOffice Web.

The ability to establish a seamless integration between ICRTouch solutions and the company’s own reservation system, Reslynx, has also been a key selling point for the hotel chain, facilitating the decisions to continue implementing ICRTouch solutions in their newest acquisitions.

    The combination of TouchPoint tills and PocketTouch digital order taking tablets completely streamlined the management of the hotels hospitality areas, speeding up service and allowing the front of house teams to focus more on providing excellent customer service. Integration with Reslynx was established with ease, allowing the management team to easily view and manage all bookings in one convenient place, with all relevant systems updating in real-time.
