Mckeever Hotels is a family-owned business chain with seven properties across Northern Ireland and Ireland. The hotel chain has been operating seamlessly with ICRTouch for a while and the business decided to continue implementing the ecosystem in their newest location during a recent expansion.

With the business expanding so quickly, The Oaklands Hotel instructed our Partner, PanaEpos to upgrade their ICRTouch EPoS solutions.

Beadnell Towers needed a new EPoS system installed after their £3 million refurbishment. They were recommended to Newcastle Till Company to supply an EPoS system that was easy to operate.

On taking over the hotel, it was quickly identified that there was a need to improve many of the processes and procedures, together with dated infrastructure. A priority in this respect was the EPoS and Property Management Systems which were outdated.

The hotel needed an EPoS solution that would cope with all the needs of the newly refurbished luxury hotel and a fine dining restaurant.
