It’s time to make sure that your EPoS system is up to the test of increased Jubilee weekend footfall.
As confirmed in Parliament, pubs, clubs and bars have been granted extended opening hours from the normal 11pm to 1am on Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th June. In celebration of HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the extension applies not only to alcohol sales, but also to the provision of regulated entertainment and late-night refreshment, but only where there is also the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises.

This year's National Pub and Bar Awards marked ICRTouch's fourth consecutive year sponsoring the event, and, as always, it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with some of the biggest names in UK hospitality and celebrate the very best of the sector.
We have been taking a closer look at ICRTouch sales data - analysing April, which included Easter and a two-week school break, alongside May, which saw two bank holidays, a half-term and a heatwave.
ICRTouch is proud to announce its sponsorship of ‘The Ambassador Award’ at the 2026 BII Summer Event. As well as recognising the hard work and dedication of pubs & bars across a range of categories, the British Institute of Innkeeping is also celebrating its 45th anniversary, making this year’s event particularly memorable.
