Fine dining restaurant benefits from comprehensive ICRTouch EPoS solutions
Under the steady hand of Chef Director Matt Gillan, Heritage is a fine dining restaurant in West Sussex. Offering multi-course tasting menus, the menus change seasonally and are largely influenced by the produce available from the Sussex countryside.
Our Authorised Silver Partner, EposReady, was recently asked to update their installation of EPoS hardware and ICRTouch software products to support the restaurant’s expansion.
The brief - flexible solutions with remote management
Heritage required a comprehensive EPoS solution for the flagship restaurant that would be easy for the 35 staff to operate and have the specific ability to manage set menus, both from a front end and back end perspective.
The tasting menus range from 3 – 9 courses, meaning lots of flexibility was needed. Real-time reporting was also a key requirement for the restaurant management team to ensure they could update products quickly and easily from anywhere.
Menus at Heritage can change on a daily basis to suit the seasonal produce available on any given day, so they need to be able to be updated simply via the EPoS system. Heritage also requested a digital order-at-table solution which would help them provide a more streamlined customer experience.
The solution - extended hardware and efficient software

Following the expansion of the restaurant to better cater for drinkers and diners, the EposReady team have provided additional hardware and software which now totals three TouchPoint till terminals, three front of house printers and four kitchen printers, as well as PocketTouch for at-table order taking and TouchOffice Web for remote business management.
The PocketTouch installation is paired with Paymentsense integration which means the Heritage team are able to offer a fully streamlined guest experience that incorporates at-table order taking and card payments.
