Boost revenue with associated items in ByTable

Here at ICRTouch, we’re always on the lookout for improving our systems, continuously adding functionality to support your operations in a way you need it the most. With increased order totals and maximised profits in mind, the ability to easily associate upselling items is now available within ByTable.

Associated items in ByTable

Suitable to any sector; from bars, restaurants and takeaways, to convenience stores, farm shops and events, the new product upselling pop-up will display upon visiting the checkout after a customer has placed relevant items into their basket. The new feature is perfect for upselling high-profit extras such as promoting pastries alongside a coffee order, or shifting stubborn stock like suggesting crisps and peanuts with an order of lager.

This feature can be easily configured via the TouchOffice Web back-office management software, allowing you to seamlessly link as many relevant products as you like. For more information about upselling associated items and other intuitive features to support your operations, contact your local Authorised Partner, who’ll be happy to assist you.
