ICRTouch Sales Rocket

At the end of October ICRTouch had already surpassed its previous year-end install record of 11,000. With the end of the year now drawing close the company is on course to do its best year by around 20%.

Or so we thought! November 2017 saw ICRTouch have its best month-to-date with over 1,300 installs, excluding rental licences which are also currently in high demand for the pop-up festive markets and events.

2017 also saw ICRTouch double its all-time sales through its cloud-based back office software, TouchOffice Web. The all-time sales figure has doubled from £2billion to £4,000,000,000 in just 10 months.

TouchOffice Web gives executive managers real-time sales information and the ability to make changes on-the-fly to any TouchPoint till network in their organisation. Managers can control stock and gain insight into staff performance. Companies also get the benefits of Xero accounting and S4Labour management software integration with TouchOffice Web.

This year tills connected to TouchOffice Web have generated an average of 1 billion sales in the UK market every month.

Oddly, this jump in sales comes as a surprise to ICRTouch C.E.O. Colin Ringer.

Every year we get to this point and I think back over the last 12 months about what our teams and Partners have achieved and think, ‘This is probably going to be remembered as the best year ever.’ I thought it last year, the year before, the year before that and yet again I’m sat here thinking the same about this year. This sort of thing can only be achieved when your business is as gelled together as ours is and it is incredible to think how far we have come. In 2014 we hit 50,000 installs, three years on and we are set to hit 100,000 installs in the coming year; it’s scary! Our software development team is outstanding, the number of creative minds we have working to develop exciting new products like TouchKitchen for tablets and the TouchTakeaway Commander seems to be forever expanding. At ICRTouch we have big ideas for the future, 2017 was by far our finest year to date.
