ICRTouch had its software on show at the Takeaway & Restaurant Innovation exhibition in September at the ExCeL Center in London. We’d like to thank all of you that came to see us at the show, as well as ICRTouch Authorised Partner Addwell for representing our software on their own stand next to ours.
ICRTouch attended the Takeaway and Restaurant Expo to showcase its hospitality solutions to business owners who might not have experienced or used ICRTouch software before. It gave them the opportunity to try our solutions and let them see first hand how it has helped businesses across the globe succeed.
Once again we had a high volume of traffic to the ICRTouch stage and with many representatives from the ICRTouch team on hand. We were able to meet every single visitor and show them that we had a solution that was a perfect fit for their business, from start up street food vendors to established major restaurant chains.
For the show we demostrated two different configurations; Hogs quick service restaurant and The ExCeL HoTeL & Restaurant.
HOGS Quick Service Restaurant
A TouchPoint till, the soul of the ICRTouch solution, showed a branded Rear Media Display and a customised floorplan with a 2nd level for the car park. The till was also running the recent delivery drivers feature so that owners could manage and assign orders to drivers and ensure the correct money was taken upon return.
A TouchMenu digital display showcased an ICRTouch product every 20 seconds, showing the promotional capabilities of the product between a rotating carousel of multiple menus.
CollectionPoint, TouchKitchen and TouchTakeaway all showed seamless integration with the entire software suite, showing order progress from order through to delivery.
All software products seamlessly reflected the Hogs branding, creating a unified solution that was on brand.
The ExCeL HoTeL & Restaurant
For our hotel demo, TouchPoint was programmed with a multi-level floor plan for the restaurant, basement, garden and bar. A custom rear media display advertised room prices and breakfast pre-orders.
TouchOffice Web linked to our ExCeL Hotel demo till, as well as a group of tills we set up at a second ‘branch’ at our our head office. Customers were able to see the ease at which programming changes could be made and the speed at which high volumes of sales are recorded. Visitors were impressed with the reports that were instantly generated from live sales information.
The exhibition was yet again a great success for ICRTouch and left restaurant and takeaway owners overly impressed, with many of them deciding that an ICRTouch EPoS system was the only way to enhance their business.
