COVID-19 has brought a lot of challenges to the hospitality industry, with ever-changing rules and restrictions, it has meant that many businesses have had to adapt the way they operate and do it quickly. Digital solutions are at the forefront of these rapid changes.

Christmas came early for the maritime education and training centre, UKSA on the Isle of Wight. During the Christmas period, ICRTouch James Johnson (CTO) and ICR Systems Chris Lawrence (Managing Director) visited UKSA with a generous donation of around £3,500 worth of products, software and services.

The Isle of Wight’s Suicide Prevention and Intervention front line charity have received a very overwhelming early Christmas present. ICRTouch has donated to SPIIOW £2,000 to help with the operational cost that SPIIOW incur when out on community engagement.

This year has been very different. With events cancelled and the entertainment industry practically closed apart from outdoor events in some regions. It has been fantastic to hear about our Partner, Online Cash Registers, who have helped a local business in Lincolnshire continue trading with their festivities.

The drive-through replaces the on-site brewery shop, which has been closed for the foreseeable future to protect staff and allow the team to focus on doing what they do best — brewing beer.

Pub Grub – the Cornwall-based takeaway and doorstep delivery service - has purchased three 100% electric vehicles.

An Isle of Wight cricket club has received a new defibrillator courtesy of a local business. Arreton Cricket Club was presented with the electronic device by Sandown based ICRTouch.
