Case Study Terms & Conditions

  1. ICRTouch (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
  2. ICRTouch Authorised Partner (“you” or “yours”).
  3. By completing the ICRTouch case study capture form, or by supplying information to us in any other way, including via email or telephone, relating to a case study, you grant us full rights to utilise that information in any way deemed appropriate to create an effective case study. 
  4. By supplying images either via the ICRTouch case study capture form, or via any other means such as email, you grant us full rights to utilise those images in any way deemed appropriate to create an effective case study. 
  5. We reserve the right to utilise all information, text copy and images for any promotional purpose both on and offline, including but not limited to, sharing on icrtouch.com, social media channels, within printed magazines and promotional printed materials. This includes the promotional channels of any third party trade or media Partners.
  6. Once information and/or images has been supplied by you, we reserve the right to utilise the resulting case study within our own publications and promotional material, either with or without reference to your business name. 
  7. The written content created by us for the case study, remains the intellectual property of ICRTouch and as a result, it reserves the right to revoke or refuse any resharing of the written information. 
  8. By submitting information via the ICRTouch case study capture form, or by any other means as specified above, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to provide us with the information and images, have gained the relevant permission from any mentioned businesses, and that such use by us will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  9. You acknowledge and agree that participation by all parties in a case study is voluntary, and no compensation will be provided for participation.
  10. You may request to have a case study removed or updated at any time by contacting us in writing via email to marketing@icrtouch.com. For instances where the case study in question has been printed, amendments or removal may not be possible, however we will do our best to make any required updates to digital copies as soon as is feasible. We reserve the right to decide whether or not to grant such a request.
  11. By providing information and images for a case study, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any amendments or modifications made by us at any time.
